2. Used Parts Disclaimer Please note that we specialize in pre-owned motorcycle parts. While every item is inspected and functional (unless stated as "For Parts Only"), natural wear, minor scratches, or aging are to be expected. It is the buyer's responsibility to review all photos and descriptions carefully.

3. Fitment Responsibility While we provide fitment guides based on our best knowledge, the final responsibility for ensuring compatibility with your specific motorcycle lies with the buyer. We highly recommend contacting us via WhatsApp with your VIN or bike photos if you are unsure.

4. International Shipping & Customs We ship worldwide from China. While most of our shipping methods include taxes, any additional import duties, taxes, and charges not covered by the standard shipping service are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local trade laws.
