Shipping Policy

At RideAgain Motors, we provide global shipping solutions to get you back on the road. All parts are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in China.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking info once the shipment is dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery We offer both Economy and Standard shipping options to suit your needs:

  • USA: > * Air Freight (Standard): 7-15 days

    • Sea Freight (Economy): 25-30 days

  • Europe: > * Air Freight (Standard): 7-15 days

    • Truck Freight (Economy): 30-45 days

  • Asia: Air Freight: 3-10 days

  • Africa: Air Freight: 7-15 days

3. Important Note on Economy Shipping (Sea/Truck) For Economy options (Sea Freight to USA or Truck Freight to Europe), please note that tracking will not update immediately.

  • Initial Phase: Tracking will show "Label Created" or no movement while the cargo is in transit and clearing customs.

  • Final Phase: Once the item clears customs and is scanned by the local courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or local post), the tracking will update and show the final delivery date. Rest assured, your package is moving even if the status is temporarily static.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Tax-Included Shipping: Most of our shipping methods include import duties and taxes.

  • Potential Additional Charges: However, if specific customs charges occur beyond our standard shipping coverage, the customer is responsible for such fees.
