Returns & Refunds

At RideAgain Motors, we understand that getting the right part for your bike is critical. Since we deal in pre-owned motorcycle components, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all riders.


1. 14-Day Inspection Period We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Guaranteed Functional (Tested Parts) All our parts are visually inspected and, where possible, functionally tested before listing.

  • Defective Items: If a part is found to be non-functional or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos or video evidence. We will provide a full refund or a replacement (if available) at no extra cost to you.

3. Returns for Fitment Issues

  • Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong part or provided incorrect fitment information in the listing, we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.

  • Buyer’s Mistake: If you purchased the part for the wrong year/model or simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Please double-check your bike's compatibility before ordering.

4. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Electrical components (ECUs, wiring harnesses, sensors) that have been installed/plugged in.

  • Items sold specifically as "For Parts Only" or "As-Is" in the description.
